J. ALEXANDER MUSIC
J. Alexander is a singing and songwriting teacher specializing in vocal health-first training for singers who want real understanding and lasting progress.

His teaching style blends practical training with clear vocal science, helping singers strengthen coordination across registers (chest, head, and mix), build stamina, reduce strain, and develop reliable control. Rather than relying on vague advice or quick fixes, J. Alexander focuses on repeatable exercises and strategies that singers can apply immediately so progress stays consistent and measurable.

He holds a Master’s degree in Songwriting and Music Business from Berklee College of Music and is Level III certified in Somatic Voicework™, including training directly under Jeanie LoVetri, the creator of the method. This background supports a structured, supportive approach that prioritizes both results and vocal longevity.

Whether working with beginners building fundamentals or advanced singers refining technique and performance, J. Alexander’s goal is to help singers train with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
